Tyson + Lee | Escape Room Engagement

Who doesn’t love a good scare…

When I met first Lee & Tyson I was ecstatic to hear about their spooky wedding day plans. When they asked me to have an escape room engagement session, I grabbed my camera and immediately thought of great spooky-themed engagement poses. Anyone that knows me, knows how much I LOVE all things Halloween and horror. And, after getting to know these guys a bit more, I knew how amazing it would be to work with them.

I am so beyond excited for you both! I can’t wait to celebrate with you at your wedding next year!

This was inspired by all the clients that have been booking their 2nd and 3rd session with me! I feel that this work gives each of our clients something super unique that makes them wanting to come back for more each year!

Sooooo It’s time to spread the love! Buy yourself a session + share the other one with someone you LOVE! That could be a BFF, a stranger, or keep them both for yourself.

Today! I want to celebrate this beautiful women, Tiffany!

✨She is not that much different than most of you. She came into the experience desiring to feel more confidence in herself and to give her body the love it deserves.

✨Before we started shooting, she express that she was feeling a little nervous still. A totally normal feeling most clients have because they are about to do something WAY outside their comfort zone that the mind and body can’t totally wrap its head around what this experience is actually going look and feel like.

She was expanding! 🙌🙌🙌

And with every expansion, there is an opposite contraction. Which can sometimes show up as… irritability, disconnected, nervous, tension, stress.

You feel me? 😅

So, I asked her, “would you like to do some work to help you connect more fully with your body”. I wanted to give her the space to release the feeling of nervousness and allow her to get out of her head and down into the body.

✨We started with the breath, the simplest form of expansion and contraction we experience every second. Then, I allowed for her to breathe into each part of her body- her chest, her belly, and her hips. I told her, let whatever wants to come up- to arise, take up space, show up. And then allow it to break apart and dissolve.

🌀With each breath, we started to move those nerves up to the surface and then releasing them out of the body.
As we both opened our eyes to begin the shoot, I could feel her energy calm down and this readiness come over her body.

✨It was really beautiful and even more powerful thing to witness. It truly was healing for me and a reminder of how capable we really are of great expansion.

Sitting in the discomfort.
Let it show u what it is.
Let it untangle.
Don’t distract yourself or numb out.
Feel, feel, feel it.
What is it trying to tell me?

This is what came to mind…

Our bodies hold it all, it tells our story, our scares, our beliefs, values, desires. It is the keeper of all knowledge. And it remembers all things. It responds- sometimes out of control like a beast trying to rip through the flesh of its prey and other times contracts into the smallest marble size ball.

BREATH
BREATH
Baby.

Let it be uncomfortable, let it show you who you are, let it surface.

For whoever needs to hear it today. 👌

You have everthing you ever need inside of you! Are you feeling brave enough to unlock it?

Being brave is not only necessary for your evolution but the dismantling of your limitations. Some of the biggest breakthroughs we face come from the most uncomfortable decisions, where we have to decide to be courageous enough to walk through it.

We get to see these blocks actually as opportunities to make a change, to set a new standard, to do it differently. And with each step, we are inviting to go deeper, to evolve, and become the better version of ourselves.

So, what doors are you coming up againest right now. How can we start to unlock them?

Every time you feel your body change- take notice of it, don’t give it a name or a description. Simply observe it with unbiased opinion or judgment.

So I want to take THIS week as an opportunity to connect with you outside of the holidays and being bombarded by a million ads and get vulnerable with you.

To ask you…
How can you give yourselves MORE pleasure, DEEPER intimacy, and LESS stress?

Does this look like more time spent in nature or slowly sipping on a warm cup of tea, tasting and feeling every sweet drop on your tongue. Or maybe it's completely changing your perspective from "I have to" to "I get to" when you are doing the chores or tasks you loath. Or, could it be choosing to let go of the friend and family that give you the most drama and heavy heart.

I did just this. Last year, I made a commitment to myself- and it was a really big one!

I decided I would no longer live with the thorn of guilty and shame around my lack of intimacy and sexuality.

Yeah, you might be surprised by that one.

But, this thorn was so cork screwed inside of me that I cried at the thought of it being gone, Bc I had no idea what it would feel like to live without it.

Isn’t that crazy?! It was almost more comfortable to live with the discomfort than to remove it.

WILD

And I’ll tell you now, a year later- that the hardest part of all this was the CHOICE to no longer live with the guilt, shame, and trauma of intimacy and my sexuality.

It took me committing to this YES in order to crack wide open and completely surrendered to my pleasure and desires. All while also removing any of the guilt I carried for being a sexual being.

I woke up this morning with a clear perspective. Last night, I kept things low key and let myself melt into my couch and then into the bathtub and then into my bed.

It was necessary to re-calibrate, relax, and be in my own energy.

Something sort of surfaced for me this morning, mostly around embodiment.

👁First, when I say embodiment, do you know what that means or feels like?

For me, embodiment is the act of fully feeling in your body and connected to yourself, your needs, and desires.

I have noticed when clients leave a boudoir session, they start to fully embody what it feels like to BE powerful, BE strong, BE sensual, and BE empowered. Because, maybe for the first time they are given the freedom to fully express this in a safe space.

We can say we are
Powerful
Strong
Empowered
Sensual

but until we feel them from the end of our hair down into our 🐱, they are just words.

It’s like, you can read all the best books and listen to the best self help podcast out there, but until you actually feel it, move with it, be it, embody it- nothing is going to change.

Thinking about it, Have you ever said, I am powerful and felt it as truth, tingling throughout your entire body?

Now, let’s be real, that doesn’t happen over night but it can happen faster than u think.

First it starts, with speaking it out loud, like a mantra; I am good enough, I am desirable, I am a mf goddess.

Then, we rewrite and get rid of any beliefs that come up that tell you otherwise, maybe something like; your a fraud, why would someone like me, I’m horrible.

Then we start to move it into our body, dance with what it feels like to be seen, juicy, and hott af,

That’s where I come in! I help u feel these things in your body and then take home the proof wrapped up in a cute little album that is a forever reminder of your worthiness.

Did I forget to tell you...

Something sort of fell into my lap. Well, more like it flew at my face and I either needed to catch it or let it hit me.

SOOOO I just started my TRAINING TO BE AN S3x EDUCATOR & INTIMACY COACH!! EKKKK

When this opportunity came to me, I had little time to think about it (about less than 8 hours actually lol) BUT I can tell you now, this was a full body- HELL YES!!! So, I just went for it!

Ever since working in boudoir + intimacy, I have noticed a deep desire in my clients for CONNECTION- to themselves and others- as well as their NEED for PLEASURE. 😌 yet, they help back, felt shame, and closed up.

With that, I started to feel this extreme pull that I was meant to do MORE.

So I waited, and waited, and waited. For IT to show up.

That’s the thing about following your path though- usually the things that are for you just appear and it’s up to you to take it or not.

I am so exited for this next layer of BARE to be uncovered and to be able to create more Pleasure Positive experiences for my clients as we TRANSFORM from the inside out!

So if you think its yummy in here now.. just you wait! It’s about to get really juicy! 💦

Sometimes we are so wrapped up in doing that we forget about just being. 😌

Finish this sentence for me…

I am worthy of ______.

I have to tell you about this. 🖤

Earlier this year, I invested 30k into my yoni.

What that really means is I dedicated this year to uncovering, healing, and pulling out everything inside of me.

With the guidance and knowledge of my couch @thevenuslegacy, I was able to work through the trauma that I have been holding inside my womb, and hips for lifetimes. And at the same time, sourcing the most pure ideas and perspectives I’ve ever had.

With her help, I was able to push pass the pain, uncover the wildness wrapped up inside of me, and let my body actually speak to me instead of telling her how to feel and act.

Then something magical happened…

✨I started to live in full integrity of my path, purpose, and goals
✨I now am about to easily express my standards, desires, and boundaries
✨I was able to enter a healthy relationship that is both passionate and stable.

And, reflecting back on that now, I would have spent 10xs that to feel this free. I had no idea what was in the other side of that experience- but I can tell u,for me, it is priceless

When I started listening to my body and my whole self, life got easier. I am now able to maintain my bliss and harmony while still moving through tough stuff.

Why am I telling you all this…

In our boudoir + intimacy session, that’s exactly that space I hold for you. A space for you feel empowered, safe, creative, liberated, raw, sensual, and playful.

For many, this is where are deepest wounds can be healed, our internal strength embodies, and our force unstoppable.

With each shoot, we delayer. We get closer to your wholeness, your bareness, and your truth.

Just know, you all inspire the crap out of me! and I love seeing you come alive to yourself over and over again right in front of my eyes!

I am at the tail end of a really big chapter and I am really looking forward to sharing everything with you and all the lessons and medicine I was gifted from the experience.

But..

Until then, I wanted to share some of the sweetness I extracted from yesterday's women circle.

✨If you're feeling a little foggy lately, you are not alone. This is the void. Its sometimes uncomfortable and unsure but is so necessary to landing in the next place. Allow yourself to appreciate it.

✨If you are being met by the same problems, relationships woes, and irking situations you are being asked to show up differently this time. Do it.

✨It's ok to do nothing, to sit in your feelings of bliss, anger, or discomfort. Give them space and time to be felt.

✨Quiet the mind, and dip into the body. Listen, what is your body telling you.

✨Someone, MAYBE YOU, has to go first! That can feel scary but is necessary to form new paths. Someone, somewhere one day will thank you!

✨Move! Dance, shake, hula hoop- this helps regulate your nervous system, process your emotions and unstick the sticky.

Thank you all who joined up last night. It was beautiful to see you all. Truly it was magic!
