I woke up this morning with a clear perspective. Last night, I kept things low key and let myself melt into my couch and then into the bathtub and then into my bed.

It was necessary to re-calibrate, relax, and be in my own energy.

Something sort of surfaced for me this morning, mostly around embodiment.

👁First, when I say embodiment, do you know what that means or feels like?

For me, embodiment is the act of fully feeling in your body and connected to yourself, your needs, and desires.

I have noticed when clients leave a boudoir session, they start to fully embody what it feels like to BE powerful, BE strong, BE sensual, and BE empowered. Because, maybe for the first time they are given the freedom to fully express this in a safe space.

We can say we are
Powerful
Strong
Empowered
Sensual

but until we feel them from the end of our hair down into our 🐱, they are just words.

It’s like, you can read all the best books and listen to the best self help podcast out there, but until you actually feel it, move with it, be it, embody it- nothing is going to change.

Thinking about it, Have you ever said, I am powerful and felt it as truth, tingling throughout your entire body?

Now, let’s be real, that doesn’t happen over night but it can happen faster than u think.

First it starts, with speaking it out loud, like a mantra; I am good enough, I am desirable, I am a mf goddess.

Then, we rewrite and get rid of any beliefs that come up that tell you otherwise, maybe something like; your a fraud, why would someone like me, I’m horrible.

Then we start to move it into our body, dance with what it feels like to be seen, juicy, and hott af,

That’s where I come in! I help u feel these things in your body and then take home the proof wrapped up in a cute little album that is a forever reminder of your worthiness.

Did I forget to tell you...

Something sort of fell into my lap. Well, more like it flew at my face and I either needed to catch it or let it hit me.

SOOOO I just started my TRAINING TO BE AN S3x EDUCATOR & INTIMACY COACH!! EKKKK

When this opportunity came to me, I had little time to think about it (about less than 8 hours actually lol) BUT I can tell you now, this was a full body- HELL YES!!! So, I just went for it!

Ever since working in boudoir + intimacy, I have noticed a deep desire in my clients for CONNECTION- to themselves and others- as well as their NEED for PLEASURE. 😌 yet, they help back, felt shame, and closed up.

With that, I started to feel this extreme pull that I was meant to do MORE.

So I waited, and waited, and waited. For IT to show up.

That’s the thing about following your path though- usually the things that are for you just appear and it’s up to you to take it or not.

I am so exited for this next layer of BARE to be uncovered and to be able to create more Pleasure Positive experiences for my clients as we TRANSFORM from the inside out!

So if you think its yummy in here now.. just you wait! It’s about to get really juicy! 💦

Sometimes we are so wrapped up in doing that we forget about just being. 😌

I am worthy of ______.

I have to tell you about this. 🖤

Earlier this year, I invested 30k into my yoni.

What that really means is I dedicated this year to uncovering, healing, and pulling out everything inside of me.

With the guidance and knowledge of my couch @thevenuslegacy, I was able to work through the trauma that I have been holding inside my womb, and hips for lifetimes. And at the same time, sourcing the most pure ideas and perspectives I’ve ever had.

With her help, I was able to push pass the pain, uncover the wildness wrapped up inside of me, and let my body actually speak to me instead of telling her how to feel and act.

Then something magical happened…

✨I started to live in full integrity of my path, purpose, and goals
✨I now am about to easily express my standards, desires, and boundaries
✨I was able to enter a healthy relationship that is both passionate and stable.

And, reflecting back on that now, I would have spent 10xs that to feel this free. I had no idea what was in the other side of that experience- but I can tell u,for me, it is priceless

When I started listening to my body and my whole self, life got easier. I am now able to maintain my bliss and harmony while still moving through tough stuff.

Why am I telling you all this…

In our boudoir + intimacy session, that’s exactly that space I hold for you. A space for you feel empowered, safe, creative, liberated, raw, sensual, and playful.

For many, this is where are deepest wounds can be healed, our internal strength embodies, and our force unstoppable.

I am at the tail end of a really big chapter and I am really looking forward to sharing everything with you and all the lessons and medicine I was gifted from the experience.

But..

Until then, I wanted to share some of the sweetness I extracted from yesterday's women circle.

✨If you're feeling a little foggy lately, you are not alone. This is the void. Its sometimes uncomfortable and unsure but is so necessary to landing in the next place. Allow yourself to appreciate it.

✨If you are being met by the same problems, relationships woes, and irking situations you are being asked to show up differently this time. Do it.

✨It's ok to do nothing, to sit in your feelings of bliss, anger, or discomfort. Give them space and time to be felt.

✨Quiet the mind, and dip into the body. Listen, what is your body telling you.

✨Someone, MAYBE YOU, has to go first! That can feel scary but is necessary to form new paths. Someone, somewhere one day will thank you!

✨Move! Dance, shake, hula hoop- this helps regulate your nervous system, process your emotions and unstick the sticky.

Thank you all who joined up last night. It was beautiful to see you all. Truly it was magic!
